Our offices will be closed this week for a Spring Refresh! One of the many things we’ve learned over the years is we love Spanx and we love what we do (we’re a passionate group!), but everyone deserves and needs the space to unplug from work in a meaningful way. Every year between Christmas and New Years, we close for a full week, and that time has become sacred to us. So we decided… why not do it twice? We are encouraging all of our employees to savor their downtime and resist the urge to over-schedule to truly treat this week as a “refresh.” Taking the time to think, to reflect, — and to dream.
