Under Dr. Cummings' guidance, South Bend Schools have soared to new heights: 🌟 Literacy & Graduation: Achieved the highest rates in over a decade. 🌟 Tech Access: Provided free and accessible internet for all students. 🌟 College Readiness: Expanded dual credit opportunities and free college courses. 🌟 Career Education: Enhanced Career and Technical Education (CTE) opportunities. 🌟 School Safety & Staff Support: Led a successful $220 million referendum improving school safety, raising teacher salaries, and expanding Pre-K programs. 🌟 Social Support: Ensured a social worker in every school to support our students’ well-being. Dr. Cummings' focus and dedicated leadership not only enriches our learning environments but also empowers our students to reach their full potential. We look forward to the continued innovation and advocacy he brings to our community, region, and the State of Indiana.
