Generating Joy and Elevating Talent in STEM

Sitting with so much gratitude as I cross over to the alumni side of AALI. For the last 10 months the 2024 cohort of the African American Leadership Institute has moved mountains spiritually and collectively. Words can’t describe how I feel about my AALI leaders and cohort family. Courtney Bailey Tiffany Young BiNi Scoor, MBA heath creech and Alyssa thank you for allowing me to exist and lead just as I am, for pouring into me, and pushing my outside of my comfort zone! Big thanks to my peers for choosing and trusting me to represent our cohort as an ambassador! It is an honor I will not take for granted! Robert Lilly and I will make a wonderful team in stewarding and being a voice for us.
