This year we are celebrating our 50th year of bringing architecture, interior design, and construction services to our clients. Our tagline, “Designed for People. Last month, AIA Cleveland held their annual Design Awards event, and I was fortunate enough to be recognized with an Honor Award in the Student Category for my first graduate studio project, The Interchange. The jury had really kind things to say about the work, and I'm thrilled that I got to share more of what has been my favorite studio project to date. I'm looking forward to what may come in my last semester of grad school this spring!

Young Trucks broke ground on their new Freightliner dealership and parts distribution center in Canton, Ohio. This new 65,000-square-foot heavy-duty truck dealership, located at the corner of Route 30 and Whipple Avenue, will sit on 28 acres and feature an extensive Parts Distribution Center and Commercial Truck Wash. "Young Trucks has always shown a real commitment to excellence," commented Eric Dalpiaz, SHD Project Manager. "Over the past two decades, they have worked with us on multiple projects of varying scales at several of their locations. They are always seeking to improve and expand their facilities to provide the best for their employees and clients." Construction, already underway and managed by HDGB Construction Managers, is expected to be completed by early 2026.
