About us

Social Entrepreneur Corps has historically designed and brought university students, budding social entrepreneurs, and corporate teams on experiential learning programs and consultancies to Guatemala, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic. Participants work side by side with in-country partners. We now offer virtual and hybrid programs in Guatemala. We've led experiences for over 2,500 participants since inception through partnerships with organizations such as The College of William and Mary, Colorado College, Columbia University, Cornell University, Deloitte, Duke University, Franklin and Marshall College, Georgetown University, University of Indiana, Miami University, New York University, Northwestern University, University of Connecticut, University of Maryland, University of Notre Dame, University of Oregon, University of South Carolina, and Warby Parker Social Entrepreneur Corps was co-founded and led by Greg Van Kirk who is an Ashoka Globalizer and World Economic Forum "Social Entrepreneur of the Year."
