I was about 10 days late updating my LinkedIn when I joined Smithers - Cannabis Testing Services so I didn't get the email about my two year anniversary until just now but it seems a fitting time to announce that I have moved into the role of Quality Manager for CTS North America! My philosophy on quality in cannabis has always been that in our fast moving industry it's important for our quality systems to be robust, dynamic and accessible. So often people view quality as burdensome hoops to jump through riddled with jargon and extra steps but a strong quality system with operational excellence in mind will enhance any operation and I'm so excited to tackle ours!
