Nelson Auner, joining as Staff Data Scientist, is a former founder and seasoned leader in the risk and data science space. He joined Affirm in its early days, where he built analytics and risk systems as the company scaled to underwrite millions of U.S. consumers. After Affirm's Series F, Nelson joined the initial team at Coalition, Inc., where he led the data science and risk engineering teams through hypergrowth. Nelson has consulted for various startups, as well as Fortune 100 banks and insurance companies. He holds an MS in Statistics and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago. We're Auner-ed to work with him!
Grace Robillard is joining us as Customer Success Operations! She was a Senior Analyst in Growth Marketing at American Express and studied Economics at Cornell University. She also played lacrosse throughout youth and was recruited to Hobart and William Smith Colleges. We’re excited about her product and growth marketing experience as activation is a major part of CX – she will help us offer the most Grace-ful customer experience!
Ethan McCoach is joining us as Account Executive! He was previously an AE at Link Money, and an AE at LA Clippers. He started his sales career selling door-to-door at Hawx Pest Control. His references highlighted his grit, work ethic, and creativity selling pest control to all types of households. Even in the hottest days of Texas, he was the first to start selling and last to stop. Ethan studied at University of California, Berkeley where he helped bring home a PAC 12 championship and was on Australia’s National rowing team. Let’s row the Slope boat! 🏆
