Skechers Honored With the Icon Award for Social Impact at the Footwear News Achievement Awards! The FNAA highlighted the Company’s multifaceted range of causes, which includes raising $28 million through the Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk, California’s largest annual walk for neurodiverse children and education; launching the BOBS® from Skechers® philanthropic brand that has given new shoes to 16 million children in need globally and helped 2.2 million shelter animals; and donating millions to support disaster-impacted communities around the world. “The FNAA’s Social Impact award was born out of the idea that a great brand cannot be judged solely by the success of its business, but the impact it also leaves on future generations,” said Michael Atmore, Editorial Director of Footwear News and Chief Brand Officer for Fairchild Fashion Media. “Though we have given back since our early days, we came together as a company to aid Hurricane Katrina families in 2005, and help children with special needs in our community,” said Michael Greenberg, President of Skechers and Co-Founder of the Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk.

Skechers Celebrates Giving Tuesday With $12 Million Donation Milestone for Animals in Need! This Giving Tuesday, Skechers celebrates its latest charitable milestone: reaching $12 million in total donations since the inception of its philanthropic BOBS® from Skechers® collection in 2015. Through sales of the BOBS brand, Skechers contributions have now helped save and support more than 2.2 million shelter pets across the United States, Canada, the U.K. and Japan. “Like so many of the animals we’ve helped save, our BOBS from Skechers journey has taken us to surprising, emotional and joyous places these past nine years,” said Michael Greenberg, President of Skechers. “From supporting our lifesaving mission to celebrating our Love Stories winners and recipient animal welfare partner organizations, Skechers has been there to honor the joys that come with saving lives,” added Susanne Kogut, President of national non-profit organization Petco Love.

Skechers Announces Third Quarter 2024 Financial Results and Record-breaking Quarterly Sales of $2.35 Billion! “Strong consumer demand for Skechers across all distribution channels resulted in a new quarterly sales record of $2.35 billion,” began David Weinberg, Chief Operating Officer of Skechers. “Skechers significant growth in the third quarter can be attributed to offering the right product at the right price and ensuring availability at locations where consumers want to shop – whether it’s in our own direct-to-consumer channels or with our network of key retailers,” began Robert Greenberg, Chief Executive Officer of Skechers. Third Quarter Highlights: Record quarterly sales of $2.35 billion, a 15.9% increase Wholesale sales grew 20.6% Direct-to-Consumer sales grew 9.6% Diluted earnings per share of $1.26, a 35.5% increase Repurchased $90.0 million of Class A common stock

This past weekend, our Skechers team joined thousands of participants for the 16th annual Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk – and it was an impactful day! A record-breaking 21,000+ people registered for the Walk, and we raised over $3.4 million to support children with special needs, provide vital funding for teachers and public education, and continue our national scholarship program to support students’ dreams of attending college. We pulled out all the stops for Skechers IT Professionals Day, packing it with fun and team-building activities to reward our hardworking Information Technology team! The day kicked off with a Hacking Session where team members cracked locks, detected credit card fraud, and played Capture the Flag, earning their own challenge coin for their efforts. Next, we had an IT-themed Photo Competition featuring creative ideas like "Drowning in Cables," "Keyboard Warriors," and "Tech Support Superheroes," followed by an exciting round of Jeopardy. To top it off, everyone got in on an epic raffle, and our team showed off their swings at Top Golf to wrap up an amazing day of fun and bonding. Take a big breath in. Step 2: Lift your right foot, placing your ankle on top of your left thigh. Starting with blank white Skechers sneakers, each team member let their creativity shine through, transforming them into their very own colorful masterpieces. This hands-on experience was not just about painting—it was about collaboration, self-expression, and the power of a shared creative vision. With vibrant paints, an amazing taco truck (hello, horchata!), and the perfect playlist, the afternoon was filled with laughing, bonding, and idea-sharing in a space that fueled both creativity and connection.
