  • Elon Musk's SpaceX's first three rockets were complete failures. How much failure does it take to make you give up? Broke and desperate for a success they tried again... finally, success! SpaceX thrived by failing forward and never giving up. It's not about skill. It's not about luck. It's about not quitting. The truth is, most people give up long before they fail. Don't stop when it gets hard. Don't quit when progress slows. Success isn't a straight line. It's full of setbacks, doubts, and obstacles. But every time you choose to keep going, you build resilience.     You build strength. And most importantly, you build momentum. The key is to show up, day after day, no matter how tough it gets. Because success isn't about talent or timing: It's about trying again.

  • It was a pleasure seeing the Grand Forks Region Economic Development Corporation’s Shovel Ready Site documents during our Sitehunt demo today. Mark Maliskey, MBA, and the team have truly set a new standard with these comprehensive and highly accessible resources. 👏 At Sitehunt, we believe every community deserves access to the same level of detailed, high-quality site data as Grand Forks. Our platform empowers communities to gather, compile, and utilize data like this for any location—faster and more efficiently than ever. Before tools like Sitehunt, gathering this kind of site data could take months, or even years, but now, the process can be reduced to minutes in most communities.

Our team was on a call earlier today with Dane Carlson for a demo of Sitehunt. He referenced our 'Shovel Ready Site' documents I created, sharing that they were among the best he has come across. I was excited to accept this compliment from an industry leader! It is reassuring that the work our team put into them was worth it. The documents have been extremely helpful to our team at the Grand Forks Region Economic Development Corporation as we work with potential businesses looking to expand to the region. It is much easier to showcase what is available when it's compiled into one document that can easily be shared and sent. The documents took over a year to create, not because of the design but because of the content! Kevin worked with our partners to obtain the most up-to-date capacity, availability, and infrastructure information, and I worked on the overall design and gathering of content. If you want to see all the documents, they're posted here: https://lnkd.in/gmUt2EJq

  • Are you tired of pouring over GIS maps, decoding endless layers of data? At Sitehunt, we’re about to change that. Those detailed maps showing population density, pipelines, and transportation networks are great for visualizing data, but let’s face it - they can be overwhelming. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce an exciting new feature coming soon to Sitehunt. It’s set to revolutionize how we use GIS in economic development. Here’s the scoop: We’re taking GIS data from public sources and, instead of creating more maps, we’re feeding it directly into our AI system. https://lnkd.in/gQqG3uGx
