Last week, we hosted our first-ever Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Day in honor of Giving Tuesday! It was a fantastic collective experience to give back to our communities and make a difference in the lives of others.    🔔 We rang the closing bell at Nasdaq alongside our charitable matching partner, Blackbaud, on December 2 to kick off Giving Tuesday activities ⏰ More than 200 colleagues participated across our U.S. locations, totaling more than 600 volunteer hours for 20+ organizations 💙 We mentored over 60 students within Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, and created 500 care packages with Volunteers of America-Greater New York, with additional efforts that will continue in the weeks ahead 🎁 More than 90 employees contributed to our charitable matching program, which we're matching dollar-for-dollar   Shoutout to all our colleagues who participated in this meaningful day of giving!

SiriusXM hosted students from Lead High School for an engaging day of exploration! They toured the office, learned about careers in radio, and enjoyed lunch while receiving mentorship from national show hosts. The staff’s generosity in sharing their career journeys inspired the students. One student even shared that the experience solidified his dream of pursuing audio engineering and a future in the music industry—perhaps at SiriusXM! This year, we launched our first Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Day in honor of Giving Tuesday, a global movement that encourages generosity and inspires people to give back. Today, employees throughout the country are giving back to Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Volunteers of America-Greater New York and other organizations and charities in their communities. Our service to others continues year-round through our SiriusXM Cares program, which provides employees 5 paid days off each year to volunteer their time to any charitable cause through Project KIND (Kathy Inspires Nice Deeds). This initiative is named in honor of Kathy Thomson, our former Chief Marketing Officer, who unexpectedly passed away in 2017.
