Many of our team members, community partners and customers at our Kay, Zales, Jared, Banter and Diamonds Direct stores in the affected communities are experiencing these impacts firsthand. Their safety and well-being remain our top priority.   To assist the response and recovery, the Signet Love Inspires Foundation is supporting the American Red Cross to help those affected in the Carolinas, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Louisiana.   Love is resilient -- we're proud to stand together to support those in need, and say “thank you” to all those who are on the ground helping with these recovery efforts.

  • Over the past seven years, we’ve transformed our company strategically, financially and culturally with one purpose – to Inspire Love - under the leadership of our CEO, Gina Drosos. Today, we announced that Gina has decided to retire in November and will stay on as an advisor through the end of our fiscal year. We are beyond thankful to Gina for all that she’s brought to our 11 brands and our more than 27,000 colleagues and for the innovative company we’ve become. We’re also excited about what is ahead for her and for our team in this next chapter. In this spirit, after a thoughtful, planned succession process, we’re pleased to announce that J.K. Symancyk will become our next CEO beginning in early November. J.K. is a strong leader with more than three decades of experience across the retail industry and has proven expertise in driving strategic growth, focusing on the customer, and developing and sustaining high-performing leadership teams that deliver results – a great fit for our Signet team. In addition, our own Joan Hilson, Chief Financial, Strategy and Services Officer, has been named Chief Financial and Operating Officer and will expand her role to oversee our supply chain and Blue Nile and James Allen along with her current oversight of Rocksbox, finance, strategy, real estate and our Services business.
