For many, the holiday season may be less about #magic and #joy, and more about stress and challenge. . A 2023 survey by the American Psychological Association found that 89% of U.S. adults feel stressed during the holiday season, with 41% reporting higher stress levels compared to other times of the year. For those already living with a diagnosed mental illness, the season can have an even greater impact, leaving an estimated 64% feeling like their condition has worsened.
