Here are a few examples of the ways that STgenetics was proud to support youth this year: • National Brown Swiss Junior Heifer Show, where 68 head of high-quality Brown Swiss graced the showring • The University of Guelph’s Dairy Science Club tour of British Columbia, where STgenetics Canada explored dairy farms and businesses with these young individuals • The 2024 Young Dairy Network (YDN) Conference held in Wollongong, NSW, where STgenetics Australia came together with over 100 dairy farmers and industry members • In June and July 2024, STgenetics contributed $1 from every straw of semen sold in that breed to each breed association’s youth program. The contributions provide extra support to offer youth top-notch events, programming and experiences.
