  • 🌟 "Prevention is better than cure." This philosophy doesn’t just apply to health—it’s essential for building resilient, high-performing teams. At SevenStar HR, we’re thrilled to have partnered with Frank Sluter of Satty, Levine & Ciacco to bring his accounting firm’s HR practices to the next level. Here's what Frank had to say: "Accounting practices have to be buttoned-up environments... with incredible focus in order to serve the client properly. I used the HR MRI Assessment™️ as a preemptive strike against future headaches. And guess what? It found some issues, and with SevenStar HR's help, I put a plan in place to resolve the issues. The best was training our people on how to ensure there is no harassment in our organization!" Frank’s proactive approach reflects the power of assessing, addressing, and educating to ensure a productive, compliant, and inclusive workplace. 💼💡 If your business could benefit from a comprehensive HR diagnostic like the HR MRI Assessment™️, let’s talk about how we can help you eliminate risks and create an environment where everyone thrives. ➡️ Message us today to learn more. #HRConsulting #WorkplaceSuccess #EmployeeExperience #HRMRI #ComplianceMatters #HarassmentPrevention #SevenStarHR

  • This quote is more than just a clever turn of phrase—it’s a blueprint for building a thriving workplace. 🔑 The key? Employee appreciation. Recognizing contributions isn’t just a nice-to-have; it’s essential for retaining top talent. Employees who feel valued are more likely to stay engaged, innovate, and stick around for the long haul. Here are 3 simple ways to create a culture of appreciation in your workplace: 1️⃣ Celebrate Wins: Publicly acknowledge achievements—big or small—during team meetings or via company-wide announcements. 2️⃣ Personalized Rewards: Offer tailored rewards like extra time off or professional development opportunities that align with individual preferences. 3️⃣ Consistent Feedback: Don’t wait for annual reviews. Make recognition a part of your regular check-ins. 💡 When employees feel appreciated, they thrive. And when they thrive, so does your business. How do you show appreciation to your team? Let us know in the comments! #EmployeeAppreciation #RetentionStrategies #SmallBusinessHR #WorkplaceCulture

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱? A federal judge in Texas has issued a nationwide injunction temporarily stopping enforcement of the CTA, affecting the January 1, 2025, filing deadline and associated penalties. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀? ✅ Penalties Are on Hold: FinCEN cannot enforce penalties for non-compliance with BOI filing requirements—for now. ⚖️ DOJ Likely to Appeal: Based on precedent, the DOJ is expected to challenge the ruling. However, in a similar case earlier this year, no stay on enforcement was granted while the appeal was pending. 📅 Uncertain Timeline: Even if the appeal succeeds, a retroactive deadline is unlikely. FinCEN may provide a new compliance timeline. 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: 💡 Stay Informed: Keep an eye on updates regarding the appeal and compliance requirements. 📑 Prepare for Compliance: If you’re ready to file, you may choose to proceed or wait for more clarity. Being prepared ensures a smooth transition if enforcement resumes. 🤝 Consult Experts: Reach out to advisors for tailored guidance. Read more: https://lnkd.in/eu3V4Dbn 📢 Stay proactive and informed!
