Here's the secret to 92% Net Promoter Score with customer success:   Every customer has their own needs.   Where I see a lot of the companies go wrong with customer success is this:   There is no human connection. No one-on-one interactions.   Sure, AI chatbots can help, but to truly understand a humans problems, you need a human.   Each month, I host an event we call "Power^Up Thursdays".   It's called "Power^Up", because it gives our customers the ability to "power up" their experience with Sertifier.   And it's called "Thursdays", because well, we do them on thursdays 😄 My favorite segment on these is the live Q&A section where I personally take your questions and answer them one by one.   Usually the questions are asked through the chat, but I am always delighted when someone wants to have a live chat!   It really gives me the opportunity to connect with our customers. Understand what exactly THEIR specific needs are.   And it's always very different. Sometimes it is a UI question, sometimes integrations.   But sometimes, it can even be as simple as a nomenclature issue that needs addressing.   You can never truly understand how to help the customer "succeed" unless you talk with them.   And this is what we do at Sertifier. 24/7.   Anyone that has been with us for some time can attest to this.   But if you want to see for yourself, join our upcoming Power^Up Thursdays.   Most importantly, ANYONE can join these calls.    Not just our "most valuable" customers, like I see some companies do.   Even people who aren't our active users can join these.
