When designing 1105 West Peachtree, we envisioned an office lobby that echoes the elegance and warmth of a luxury hotel. At the heart of this concept is The Office Bar – a chic restaurant and bar nestled within the lobby. This vibrant space effortlessly blends hospitality with the workplace, offering a versatile environment where visitors can enjoy a quick lunch, unwind with a cocktail at the end of the day, or catch a game on oversized LED screens.

In the late 1960s, Selig made history with what was called "the largest ground lease ever recorded in Atlanta" when it secured 51,000 square feet for Underground Atlanta—a 99-year agreement with an option to purchase the property. Today, Underground Atlanta has evolved into a dynamic cultural hub, celebrated for its vibrant arts scene, social atmosphere, and diverse culinary offerings. Fun fact: The Georgia Railroad Depot, which stands at the entrance of Underground Atlanta, remains the oldest building in downtown Atlanta!

Throwback to 2014 when Steve Selig, our President & CEO, was honored with the Four Pillar Award! Guided by a simple yet powerful philosophy passed down from his mother—'You can never do wrong by doing right'—Steve has built a distinguished career as a successful businessman, dedicated family man, and philanthropic leader in Atlanta. This core principle has been instrumental in shaping the success of Selig Enterprises and establishing the Selig family as respected pillars in their respective industries. “I have been more blessed in my life than anyone has the right to expect, and it is a privilege to be able to give back to various charitable, civic, political and religious organizations in this town. I feel very fortunate to have grown up here and to have gone to the University of Georgia and to have had the privilege of working in the White House when Jimmy Carter was President. But, my greatest honor by far has been the privilege of leading the finest group of employees that anyone could ever have had the good fortune of knowing." - Steve Selig
