SDHT participates in the Black Male Educator Convening (BMEC) 2024 Conference. This event provides a dedicated space for black male educators to engage in professional growth and development while fostering connections with allies. It also offers valuable opportunities for allies to learn effective strategies to support and retain black educators in the field. SDHT Teachers: HHS Jamar Cox, Tyrone Jones, and Leon Smith; Elementary Leaders: Dr. Jabari Whitehead and John Fulton; and Central Administration: Christina Carter, Britney Butler, and Dr. George Ramoundos. 

I want to extend a huge thank you to Emma Campbell, George Latella, and the entire St. Joseph’s University Food Marketing Program for hosting our Haverford High School business students! The opportunity to tour the beautiful campus, attend an insightful info session, and experience a sample marketing class was invaluable. This experience truly opened our students’ eyes to the possibilities within food marketing and gave them a glimpse into college life at SJU. Thank you for your generosity and commitment to inspiring the next generation of business leaders!
