Just wrapped up another meaningful journey with Wreaths Across America. We proudly marked our 16th year of honoring our veterans through this nationwide tribute. We had the privilege of hauling 4 loads, delivering over 20,000 wreaths to be placed on veterans' graves around the nation—a powerful symbol of respect and gratitude for their service. Our dedicated driver and U.S. Army veteran, Patrice Cook, once again represented us as part of the honor fleet. Her journey began in Columbia Falls, Maine, and concluded at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C. On December 14, National Wreaths Across America Day, we delivered these wreaths to Arlington. Watching families and volunteers lay them on the graves of our heroes was a deeply moving experience. At the end of the year, the measure of a company’s success goes beyond how many sales it had or how many KPIs were met. Today, we celebrate National Wreaths Across America Day. Wreaths Across America is a non-profit organization that honors veterans by placing wreaths on their graves each December to remember the fallen, honor those who serve, and teach the next generation the value of freedom. Schneider is proud to be part of the wreath-laying events at Arlington National Cemetery and across 2,500 other locations nationwide and overseas by transporting wreaths each year. #LiveWithPurpose

This is how transportation does the holidays! Schneider joined in on the festive fun at the 2024 CPKC Holiday Train event this past week in Saint Paul, MN! This inspiring event brought community members together for live music, holiday cheer and most importantly, giving back. We brought our Schneider military truck and holiday themed intermodal container to add to the holiday spirit. Plus, Schneider CCO & SVP of Logistics Erin Van Zeeland and Sales VP Rodney Cromwell presented a donation to Merrick Community Services, showcasing our responsible commitment to supporting local food banks. Big thanks to CPKC for hosting this meaningful event and bringing people together to make a difference.
