Happy Holidays from The Thirty Ink Team! 🎄 This month, we gathered with many of our SC30 Inc. and Underrated teammates and their guests at the St. Regis in San Francisco for an unforgettable evening of delicious food, drinks, and a touch of mystery. The Dainty Dames took us through an immersive "murder mystery" experience, and let’s just say, our team truly showcased their creative spirit. There’s never a dull moment when we come together! Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation. co-founders Stephen Curry and Ayesha Curry kicked off the 12th annual Christmas with the Curry's at Madison Park Academy, launching their biggest holiday giving effort yet—over $2.2 million for Oakland kids and families. The day was filled with joy: a free pop-up book fair, drawing tutorials, games, crafts, and the unveiling of a beautifully refreshed library. They also announced a schoolyard revitalization coming to MPA in 2025!   This season, Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation. is gifting every OUSD elementary student a gift box full of books, hosting book fairs at three elementary schools, and giving 300 students the chance to see the musical Hamilton in San Francisco. Plus, one million meals and $200,000 in grocery gift cards will brighten the holidays for families. Here’s to spreading joy and love across Oakland this season! #ChristmasWithTheCurrys

More is More. Stephen Curry has social channels. Stephen’s enterprises have social channels. Still, sometimes it feels like it’s not enough and, other times, it feels like it’s not intimate enough. This past month, as a way of providing a more detailed, behind-the-scenes glimpse at Stephen and his work, we launched a newsletter that comes straight from his desk. “I started this newsletter,” Stephen wrote recently, “to have a space where I can share more about what’s going on in my life—whether it’s business, basketball, family, or faith—without the filter of third-party platforms. It’s a place where I feel comfortable opening up...” The second letter — this time about the Curry family’s dogs — went out today. So if you want to stay in the loop and be the first to learn about the lighter side of Stephen, and the bts of his businesses, be sure to subscribe: https://www.thirtyink.com/

Hey there! You’ve probably seen me suit up the past 16 years when the Warriors play, or maybe caught up with me and my businesses on social media. But now, if you’re looking for a more personal, behind-the-scenes glimpse into my world, you can get it straight from me in my new (free) newsletter. I started this newsletter to have a space where I can share more about what’s going on in my life—whether it’s business, basketball, family, or faith—without the filter of third-party platforms. It’s a place where I feel comfortable opening up a bit more. I know I post on social media pretty often, but let’s be real, finding “enough time” is a challenge we all face. This newsletter is my way of solving that, giving me the chance to reflect and share in one spot. The first issue will cover everything from the birth of our son, Caius, to the Olympics, to gearing up for my 16th season with the Warriors. So if you want to stay in the loop and be the first to hear updates directly from me, make sure to subscribe: https://www.thirtyink.com/

Proud to share our latest initiative with the Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation: a $25 million commitment to enhance tutoring and literacy programs in Oakland schools. In our op-ed for The Chronicle of Philanthropy, Ayesha and I discuss why it's crucial to sustain these pandemic-era programs for our students' success. On Wednesday we marked the conclusion of Season 3 of the Underrated Golf Tour, with Izzie Kelly and Jaden Soong being crowned the 2024 Curry Cup Champions. It's been an incredible journey watching an idea written on a napkin evolve into a thriving junior golf tour now in its third year and continuing strong. Many of you know about my deep passion for golf, but I also want to share the inspiration behind why the Underrated Golf Tour was created. Golf, as it stands, is a predominantly white sport, designed to benefit certain groups over others. One of the biggest challenges facing the golf world is the lack of access for underrepresented communities—whether it’s the limited availability of golf courses, the high costs associated with the sport, or simply the lack of opportunities to pick up a club and give it a try. The statistics speak volumes: only two Black men are ranked in the top 100 golfers worldwide, and just one Black woman is in the top 300. Less than 2% of all golfers are Black or Latinx. Renowned Black players like Tiger Woods are few and far between. Youth sports have lifelong benefits—enhancing cognitive skills, increasing the likelihood of attending college, boosting career success, and improving mental health. Recognizing these troubling statistics and understanding the positive impact sports can have on children fueled my passion for bringing equity, access, and opportunity to the game of golf. Golf should be a sport for everyone, which is why the Underrated Golf Tour is building a new foundation from the ground up. While golf is at the core of what we do, our mission extends far beyond it. By offering specialized programming, coaching, and networking opportunities with brands and corporations, we aim to change these statistics and increase participation in overlooked communities. #UnderratedFounder #LinkedInSports
