I’m passionate about transforming leadership by combining neuroscience and emotional intelligence to empower leaders, inspire teams, and drive sustainable success. With over 25 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare and multi-site operations, I’ve successfully improved team dynamics, reduced turnover by 35%, and increased operational efficiency by over 30%. I’ve also had the privilege of designing and delivering educational programs that align with organizational goals, fostering professional growth at every level.
