On October 3rd we held a workshop about Revenue Operations (RevOps). The SaaS Masters workshops are about interactivity and leaving with knowledge you can apply straight away. Yesterday, we hosted our very first workshop, and it was a blast! Participants didn’t just learn about the ‘why’ of RevOps, they walked away with a solid grasp of the ‘how,’ a clearer understanding of their ICP, and a refined view of their buyer’s journey. In samenwerking met We Love SaaS (Formerly SaaS Bazen) lanceren hosten wij op 3oktober de "Hoe zet je RevOps op in je SaaS Bedrijf" workshop bij van der Valk Utrecht! Tijdens deze workshop is het niet de bedoeling om achterover te leunen en naar een presentatie te kijken maar samen met je collega('s) (het is voor minimaal 2 maximaal 3 personen per bedrijf ) de handen uit de mouwen te steken en praktische oefeningen te doen die je de handvaten geven om terug op kantoor gelijk aan de slag te kunnen gaan.
