At Saab, we’re proud to offer our employees a variety of benefits that can further their overall wellness. One of our employees’ favorites is the Lifestyle Account, a $500 annual benefit they can use to support their health and well-being in ways that matter most to them. This year, 68% of eligible employees have embraced the program. Here are just a few stories: -Frederick used the benefit to purchase an Apple Watch Ultra, which alerted him to a serious heart condition and may have saved his life. -April bought a kayak and spent her summer exploring lakes and waterways, enjoying both physical and mental wellness benefits. -Darrell invested in camping trips to Higley Flow, his favorite spot to unwind and connect with nature. -Jason used his benefit for running shoes and race registrations to stay active, participating in events like the Syracuse Half Marathon. -Chris relied on the benefit for running gear, supporting his decades-long running routine. We’re proud to provide a benefit that’s flexible enough for everyone to find value in.
