From being hands-on to empowering a strong leadership team, Randy learned firsthand the importance of trust, delegation, and building a capable executive team to achieve sustainable growth. “I had to step back so others could step up. It was not as simple as passing off tasks—it's learning to recognize when you're needed and when you're not. It's a shift every growing leader has to make, and it can feel like a leap. But it's the leap that makes real growth possible.” Read the full article here: https://rxn.to/4iVChxD #RXNT #Entrepreneur #HealthIT #HealthcareTechnology

By the end of the year, thousands of Americans will face changes to telehealth coverage under Medicare. Jessica Wagner, COO of RXNT, spoke with Atlanta News First to discuss how this impacts accessibility in the healthcare industry. “We’re going to see a huge drop in accessibility, particularly for rural Americans who have a hard time getting to the doctor’s office. They end up in an emergency room and they oftentimes end up in a worse situation than if they had just seen a provider to begin with.” Tune in to the segment to hear the full conversation: https://rxn.to/3ZIcX5i #RXNT #HealthcareTechnology #HealthIT

Happy Holidays from RXNT! We’re celebrating by giving back to 4 charities that are making an incredible impact on their communities. Annapolis Lighthouse Shelter: Lighthouse Shelter is a local organization that helps to prevent the cyclical "cascading effect of homelessness” by providing mental and physical health care, warm shelter, meals and pantry items, guidance and assistance, etc—all things vital to pave the way toward a healthy, stable life. Chesapeake Bay Foundation: Chesapeake Bay Foundation is an independent conservation organization fighting for healthy rivers, clean streams, and a saved Chesapeake Bay. Barnabas Center: Our contribution to the Barnabas Center of Nassau County supports their annual “Empty Bowls” event. This fundraiser supports their fight against food insecurity and helps bring awareness to the broader hunger crisis in the community. Bosom Buddies: Support for Bosom Buddies Charities enables the annual “Bosom Buddies Ball” to benefit breast cancer and funds grants to “promote breast cancer awareness, encourage early detection, support treatment and celebrate healing.” From the RXNT team, we’re wishing you a wonderful season of giving, joy, and celebration! #RXNT #HappyHolidays #Charity #Giving
