Officially welcoming Star Calhoun to RTP! After #rebuildingtogether on intake and program services roles, Star is now taking on our management of the Unleaded Homes San Mateo County program. Launched in 2024, this program helps residents live in lead paint-free homes throughout the county. "You have been my angel on earth." -Magen, a Palo Alto homeowner When Magen, a senior living alone in her Palo Alto home, approached RTP for help, she was overwhelmed and scared with the home repair needs she faced. Thanks to RTP staff, volunteers, and subcontractors, Magen's home now has a new window, door, safety railings, and a fence providing more security for her and her neighbors. And most importantly, the increased safety and health of her environment has made her house a home again. RTP works year-round to ensure that our most vulnerable neighbors across the San Francisco Peninsula are living in safe and secure homes, at no cost to them.
