On December 10, the RRC Toronto team gathered at the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel for our 2024 Annual Gathering. The evening celebrated our achievements, connections, and the diverse cultures that make up RRC’s exceptional team. The night included a cocktail reception, special awards, raffle and grand prize drawings, and plenty of music and dancing. RRC President Bill Bong, SVP Simon Chee, and VPs Yi Meng and Hongbin Huo were also in attendance. This year’s theme, Cultures & Cheers, was all about celebrating the diverse cultures that make up RRC’s incredible team. Employee Spotlight: Kimberly Ferguson, Project Manager at RRC Kimberly supports RRC’s wind and solar projects by managing schedules, budgets, and planning while keeping client satisfaction a top priority. She describes RRC as Quality, Progressive, and Flexible, and values the company’s commitment to Employee Happiness, especially its focus on work-life balance. What Kimberly enjoys most about her role is the variety of exciting and challenging projects she works on. This past year, she strengthened client relationships and helped bring large wind projects like Sweetland and Rock Creek to completion. On November 10-11, 2024, the RRC's international Philippine contractors team gathered in Tagaytay for the 3rd Philippines Annual Gathering. 73 team members and RRC company leaders, President Bill Bong and VP Hongbin Huo, gathered to celebrate the event themed “Cultural Pride, Collaborative Success,” honoring the richness of Filipino heritage while emphasizing the power of teamwork across diverse backgrounds. From inspiring speeches to the lively RRCI PH Got Talent contest and dance competition, the energy and creativity were truly unmatched.
