About us
Rockford Capital is a real estate investment management firm headquartered in Delaware. The firm invests, through a series of private equity funds, mainly in distressed and undervalued commercial properties where the asset is currently producing income. The firm primarily makes value-add and opportunistic investments, enhancing value through lease-up, repositioning, and additional development. Rockford leverages its in-house skill in underwriting, due diligence, asset and property management, coupled with our “boots on the ground” experience and extensive network to deliver strong investment returns.
