Master planning, architecture, and interior design is what we do. Helping our clients transform the lives of senior residents, students, faculty, staff members or guests is why it matters. Founded in 1954, our main office location is in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We work with life plan communities/CCRCs and other types of senior living and services providers throughout the country. One of the greatest delights of our work at LeadingAge North Carolina is celebrating special moments with you and your communities. Today Tom joined the community at Penick Village in Southern Pines where they celebrated groundbreaking on an expansion that will include a Wellness Pavilion, Independent Living Residences, a Welcome Center, and campus renovations. Chief Executive Officer, Chip Cromartie, made remarks to the crowd that gathered on this chilly day. Also on hand to celebrate were Adam Garcia and Tommy Brewer with Ziegler, a Platinum Partner with LeadingAge North Carolina. Additional LeadingAge NC business partners involved in the project include Platinum Partner, RLPS Architects, Silver Partner, Blum Construction, and Bronze Partner, CJMW Architecture.
