Before joining us, she served as an officer in a state prison and started her career as a special education teacher assistant at her alma mater. Celebrating success at Riverside Post Acute with the recent OrthoWIN program graduation of Susan. Ms. Susan LaFever entered our OrthoWIN program after fracturing her femur from a fall. She was sent to the O.R. to undergo an ORIF, and upon discharge arrived at Riverside for Orthopedic Rehab. Susan is now thriving at Riverside Post Acute where she is standing again! She credits her therapist Holly for getting her back on her feet! She looks forward to returning to her home with her dog and her 3 cats. She is now ready to head back home thanks to our protocol and pathway driven care with OrthoWIN! Congratulations, Susan!
