What a remarkable way to close out #2024! Looking back, the past 12 months at #RISA have been nothing short of a roller coaster ride. As they say, the dots always connect in hindsight, and that’s exactly what 2024 has been like. We’ve had our fair share of ups and downs: ➡️ “Healthcare is a tough market to crack.” ➡️ “This is a competitive space you’re in.” ➡️ “Selling to large enterprises? Don’t even bother, they take 12 months to make a decision.” Yet, here we are, consistently closing customers in less than 90 days. Not to mention, it’s because of our early partners, whose unwavering passion for addressing inefficiencies in U.S. healthcare and steadfast commitment to advancing the industry truly stand out: imagine being in a meeting on Dec 31st, discussing how RISA's AI can genuinely transform existing workflows. As we begin #2025 on a high note, the excitement couldn’t be greater as we continue to innovate in mission-critical rooms with our "Agentverse." Honestly, it may sound highly ambitious when Kshitij talks about it, but that’s exactly what RISA embodies: pushing boundaries and driving meaningful innovation. There’s so much to build, big challenges to tackle, and incredible journeys to unfold as we learn and grow every day. But it’s the team, steadfast in their patience and perseverance and always staying closest to their customers, that I would bet on every single time. That’s where our true strength lies. Kudos to Team #RISA, truly excited for what’s coming up in 2025! If you’re mission-driven and bring a unique skill set to the table, we are looking for you. Keep an eye on our LinkedIn page for job postings. Here’s to a phenomenal 2025 for us all! RISA Labs Inc

I am hiring genius software engineers and AI researchers ICs, DM Himanshu Pandey, Akhil Amod, Aditi Deepanvita, or me ASAP. I am Shivang, the CTO of Risa Labs Inc., which is based in Palo Alto, CA, and Cambridge, MA. We are building service-as-a-software (not software-as-a-service) for yearly n-billion intelligent-service transactions. Risa Labs is building state-of-the-art service-as-a-software infrastructure for critical and heavily regulated enterprises, such as health systems, insurance, pharma, life sciences, federal governance, federal execution, or any big-4 led service layer that involves complex coordination. Risa Lab's mission, at its core, is to build an intelligent simulation company that emulates and replaces service-led workflow with intelligent technologies in 10x (or more) efficiency gain and 0.1x (or less) pricing. One of the primary focuses of Risa Labs is the oncology back office, specifically prior authorization, which involves complex coordination between healthcare providers, healthcare payers, and pharmaceutical companies. We are hiring for multiple IC levels, at Risa we call it Level 100, Level 150, Level 200, and Level 300, each next level signifies a more sophisticated understanding and hands-on experience of tech stack. For level 100: I am looking for a genius developer with a deep understanding of one or many tech competencies in software development, AI DevOps, software architecture, frontend, or any other tech-dev vertical of your choice where you can prove your genuine-deep understanding and past work to proof that. CTC would be up to 43LPA* for the Bangalore office. For level 200: I am looking for a genius developer with everything of level 100 plus proven ownership with the result of overall one or multiple sub-projects, which could prove caveats of the past problems and your novel contribution to the problem in hand, the projects could be implementing tailored Kubernetes pipeline for tech stack resulting in cost optimization, or similar projects. CTC would be up to 55LPA* for the Banglore office. For level 300: I am looking for a genius developer with level 200 plus proven ownership of tech-stack architecture level depth, who should have worked closely with product managers and customers to engineer solutions. Solutions like multi-agent systems for medical-necessity or similar. CTC would be up to 75LPA* for the Banglore office. FAQs 1. We do level evaluation bi-yearly and encourage everyone to qualify for the next level 2. We do have levels beyond level 300, those are more toward leadership roles 3. Anyone could qualify for leadership roles, based on requirements of level 400 and beyond 4. We do have fractional levels as well, these are based on the candidate's assessment * CTC includes fixed, bonus component, and equity

Proud to celebrate the journey of RISA Labs Inc 🎉 Earlier this week, RISA Labs shared its story at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, showcasing how it’s building the critical infrastructure to redefine oncology care for 2030. Collaborating with Stanford alumni as advisors, investors, and partners, RISA Labs continues to bridge cutting-edge technology with transformative healthcare solutions. It was great sharing RISA Labs Inc’s story at Stanford University Graduate School of Business earlier this week. I have been privileged to work with Stanford alumni as advisors, investors, partners in RISA’s journey, as we build the missing infrastructure for the future of medicine in oncology (FOMO) 2030! We delved into: Why top cancer centers and healthcare organisations work with us? How we’re leveraging AI to transform a legacy industry and guiding them to the new world order? Why we exist? And most importantly, why now? Look forward to working closely with more of you! Thanks again to Henry Lu for inviting me, Karn Nahata and Joseph Wise for introducing us! PC. Abheet Jain
