Riptide Technologies was founded in 2017 to address a paradigm shift in the industry; the local, high-touch and customer focused value-added technology integrator and service provider market has come under attack via mergers & acquisitions. The current landscape is predominantly comprised of organizations focused on attaching themselves to the greatest percentage of customers' IT budgets, versus identifying challenges and providing solutions. The Riptide Technologies team has decades of combined experience in all aspects of information technology, including leadership roles at two Forbes Global 2000 organizations, senior account management roles in vendor sales focused on IT infrastructure and security, and value-added reseller and solutions provider roles in networking and security.
