I’m very much looking forward to presenting my short paper “Democratization of Private Markets?” co-authored with Colleen Baker today during the LSE Law School business law hub. The paper details efforts to open up the private company markets to retail investors and focuses specifically on funds of private company shares using Destiny Tech100 as a case study.
