Twas the Night Before Rewstmas  (A Rewstified Holiday Poem)    Twas the night before Rewstmas, and all through the NOC,  Not a ticket was stirring, no issues to block.  The workflows were humming, the dashboards were clear,  While MSP techs sighed, “No alerts left to fear.”    The team had just settled for a calm winter’s night,  When out on their PSA alerts filled the room  New tickets came flooding—unprioritized doom,  The technicians groaned from the oncoming monsoon.    When what to their wondering eyes should appear,  But St. Stewart himself, in festive Rewst gear!  With a Crate full of AI, integrations in tow,  He crowed with delight, “It’s time to let Rewst show!”    “Your PSA can handle this flurry.  Let’s pair it with our prebuilt automations. No need to worry!  With ticket categorization and smart response too,  The gift of efficiency I’ve brought just for you."    He tapped at the keyboard, his claws all a-glow,  Deploying the Crates that would lighten the MSP’s load.  First, the tickets were sorted, the chaos refined,  Each one prioritized—efficiency defined.    Then AI Crates suggested replies with such care,  Drafting solutions for techs unaware.  "Now software deployment, security updates, and audits!  Let’s automate the rest—so techs can focus on bigger projects.”    Processes transformed, tickets addressed,  While Stewart looked on, puffed up and impressed.  "Remember," he clucked, "the power of Rewst,  With automation, your efficiency’s loosed!"    And just as the last ticket was closed with finesse,  St. Stewart took flight, leaving no MSP in distress.  But I heard him exclaim as he soared out of sight,  “Happy Rewstmas to all, and to all a good night!”
