Qualifications: • Must reside in either Eastern or Central time zone of United States. • Juris Doctorate degree. • Active license to practice law. • 15 years of progressive legal experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a global legal team required. • Experience with German law preferred. • Solid understanding of corporate, commercial, and intellectual property law and contractual principles and experience drafting and negotiating technology-related subscription agreements for cloud-based offerings. • Practical knowledge and experience in writing and implementing privacy protection strategy, policies and procedures and implementation of privacy training and awareness programs to staff. • Travel expected <5%.
