We regularly survey our participating teachers to better understand what they find beneficial in their coaching sessions and what improvements they recommend. So far this year, 100% of our participating teachers who were surveyed said they plan to apply their learning in their classroom in the near future and that they feel like a respected partner in their continued professional learning. 🤩

In the National Council on Teacher Quality's latest publication, "Reimagining the Teaching Role: How Strategic Staffing Can Attract and Retain Effective Teachers", they found that teacher dissatisfaction is the leading cause of turnover and that teachers seek a more innovative, collaborative profession. Teachers shared the same messages with Rekindle Education when discussing retention concerns. Which led us to develop a coaching model focused on meeting the needs of teachers and offering opportunities for connection through coaching, networking, and engaging in our professional learning community.
