Out with the old and in with the new in more than one way today! Didn't get to many pics with all the rain but it was a great experience for all. I was so proud of our team, I stepped out of the lead and let our up and coming journeyman run the show. It was great to see him take the reins, he did a great job of directing everything and getting the new MUA moved quickly between downpours. As someone leading an HVACR organization, I see this disconnect daily. The math is simple: - 2.4 million unfilled trade positions by 2028 (Deloitte, 2024) - Average HVAC tech at 5 years: $85,000 (BLS, 2023) - Full benefits from day one - Zero student debt I see talented people overlook trades because they think college is the only path to success.
