🎄Yep.....another Holiday post. It's impossible to resist my deep gratitude for the team I get to be a part of, and to our front-liners, your fingerprint extends to every home 👇 Think about it: while most folks are sleeping, our techs are out battling frozen evaporators and triaging emergency calls at 2 AM. These are the heroes behind every cold beer and every restaurant meal you've enjoyed. Something on the table this holiday season wouldn't be there if not for the hands that keep the cold chain BTUs up and running. As we enter 2025, remember: the best infrastructure isn't just mechanical—it's human. TAG Team, thank you for being absolute rock stars! You make the impossible look easy, and I couldn't be prouder to work alongside you. #HVACR #Leadership #TheArcticomGroup #Refrigeration #Hospitality #Career #Grateful #service #supplychain

The best leaders aren't the ones constantly looking over shoulders. They're the ones who set clear expectations and then trust their teams to deliver. Truth is, learning to step back is a leadership quality that builds new leaders. For me, it was hard at first -- that urge to check every detail never really goes away. But the moment you trust your people to run with it, they'll surprise you every time. Simple formula: Hire great people. Give them the tools. Get out of their way. #Leadership #RealTalk #HVACR #TheArcticomGroup #SkilledTrades #Workforce #CareerDevelopment #careers #hvac

Out with the old and in with the new in more than one way today! Didn't get to many pics with all the rain but it was a great experience for all. I was so proud of our team, I stepped out of the lead and let our up and coming journeyman run the show. It was great to see him take the reins, he did a great job of directing everything and getting the new MUA moved quickly between downpours. It is always amazing seeing the next generation grow! #refrigerationunlimited #thearcticomgroup

The numbers don't lie: While college debt averages $37,574 per student (Federal Reserve, 2023), skilled trade positions are sitting empty with $70K+ starting salaries. As someone leading an HVACR organization, I see this disconnect daily. The math is simple: - 2.4 million unfilled trade positions by 2028 (Deloitte, 2024) - Average HVAC tech at 5 years: $85,000 (BLS, 2023) - Full benefits from day one - Zero student debt I see talented people overlook trades because they think college is the only path to success. Let's change that narrative. The truth? Some of the most promising careers start with a toolbelt, not a diploma. Parents, educators: are we doing enough to show young people ALL their career options? #SkilledTrades #Workforce #CareerDevelopment #thearcticomgroup #hvacr #careers #hvac

“Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success” -Henry Ford What a day to remember; the actions spoke far deeper than the words, 700+ attendees laughing, competing, reminiscing, and sharing in their pursuit of HVACR excellence! AND, I got an excuse to escape the PNW rain with the whole family. Grateful, is the word that echoes, but by definition only scratches the depth of commitment and care this team fosters! #thearcticomgroup #hvacr #lead #rerigeration #trades #grateful #knotts #knottsberryfarm Greg (Scott) Farley steve clelland Emanuel Jimenez Bryan Sandquist Denise Anderson, aPHR Alexis Pena

“Tis the Season” I witnessed hospitality in action this past week, by joining the team at Midwest Refrigeration for their annual event. David Schoon nailed a heartfelt message highlighting the importance of relationships as the catalyst to success, joined by business leaders Ryan Highsmith and Ryan Gifford with years of service and recognition awards. Dave’s words in summary — “Great people built Midwest yesterday, lead it today, and will foster its success tomorrow. We are a people business, and the best is yet to come!” 🥂 Cheers Team Midwest, we’re honored to call you family! #leadership #refrigeration #hvacr #thearcticomgroup #hospitality #career Chris Dembski Michael Bruno, SPHR Sarah Hall Jim Pape

A humble reminder the impact Refrigeration has on America’s food chain; from major manufacturing and food distribution, to the bare necessity of a dignified meal! Thank you for sharing Cherise Lakeside and Brian Jonas for the impact you’re making in our community. It was privilege to work with your team on this collaboration! In this brand new episode of the ARCAT #DetailedPodcast, I am joined by Brian Jonas, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, Principal/Owner at Graham Baba Architects in Seattle, Washington. Listen in, see photos, and read more here: www.arcat.com/podcast To Donate to Ballard Food Bank: Go here - https://lnkd.in/gbeDfSgH We are chatting about the inspiring Ballard Food Bank also in Seattle. The Ballard Food Bank has been a lifeline for its community since its founding in the late 1970s, steadily growing and evolving to support Ballard’s most vulnerable residents. Now, in addition to addressing food insecurity, it provides social and medical services through collaborations with a variety of community partners. As the demand for their services grew, the Food Bank set out to establish a permanent, welcoming home that would fully support its mission—transforming an abandoned brownfield site into a vibrant community resource. The new building was structured around two basic ideas: - Design efforts must create an inclusive, humane, and dignified place. - The building must also efficiently and safely maximize the Food Bank’s ability to meet its mission so that it can reach as many of those in need as possible.
