Our REF Miami Members gathered for the All Members Meeting, featuring Luis Montoya, former CEO of PepsiCo Beverages Latin America, as the keynote speaker. Luis shared his leadership model based on the 3H: Head, Heart, and Hands, an approach that combines a clear vision, organizational commitment, and engagement in execution to achieve sustainable results. Through examples and anecdotes, he demonstrated how this model helped PepsiCo Beverages not only improve business performance but also build a strong company culture that fostered collaboration and team commitment. The meeting also included a private guided tour of the Pinta art fair, where our members connected from a fresh perspective, enjoying contemporary art while strengthening their relationships in an enriching environment. Our community in Argentina came together for their All Members Meeting, an annual gathering that fosters collaboration among peers and serves as a platform for sharing experiences, insights, and fresh ideas to inspire leadership growth. Workshops led by PAULA ESTRADA and Francisco Pont Verges provided practical tools to reflect on essential leadership skills, equipping participants to navigate today’s dynamic business landscape. The event wrapped up with an inspiring session by Enrique Avogadro and Martin Churba, who highlighted the transformative role of creativity, creative industries, and innovation in shaping modern leadership. A special shoutout to Alan Gegenschatz for driving unity and connection in this vibrant Buenos Aires community, to all the speakers for expanding our perspectives, and to our Members whose participation made this event a success.

Ayer alguien, tras ver mis fotos de REF Guayaquil me preguntó si no me aburría de asistir a estos foros todos los meses desde 2022, al menos un día al mes… Mi respuesta inmediata fue un rotundo “para nada, REF ha sido para mí una experiencia transformadora”. En este espacio he aprendido a escuchar con atención, a hacer preguntas estratégicas y a elegir con sabiduría los mejores consejos. También he tenido la oportunidad de compartir mis propias experiencias, tanto a nivel profesional como personal, lo que me ha permitido tomar decisiones más acertadas. REF me ha enseñado que hay infinitas maneras de liderar y que cada persona es un universo único, pero aún así compartimos desafíos comunes que nos quitan el sueño y la misma esperanza de construir un futuro mejor…. Aquí he descubierto que la sororidad no sólo es real, sino que existen muchas personas genuinamente comprometidas con promoverla.
