📢 We are hiring! 📢 The Rebuilding Together Sandoval County Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of home repair projects in accordance with grant requirements. This includes planning, contractor solicitation, construction oversight, and reporting. The Project Manager will report to the Executive Director; however, the Project Manager is expected to be self-directed and require minimal supervision and support. In this role you will work directly with clients in their homes to assess repair work required. Other responsibilities include: preparing schedule and budget estimates, soliciting and evaluating contractor quotations, scheduling and overseeing contractor work performance (including visiting job sites), photographing pre-construction conditions, work progress, and post-construction conditions, and more. 🏠🛠️ If you know anyone who is seeking a part-time position and is passionate about helping homeowners right here in Sandoval County, please share!
