Your Realync virtual tours and videos influenced over $1 BILLION in rent revenue! Through integrations with Yardi, Entrata, and Knock, we tracked engagement with Realync (like video views and live tour attendance) and linked it to leasing outcomes. This incredible number underscores the impact of Realync on driving leasing success. On Friday, a few team members gathered in Indiana to raise a toast to all we've achieved together! Here’s what we’re celebrating: 🎉 In 2024, Realync clients generated over $1 billion in rent revenue through video strategies and virtual tours. 🎉 Lead-to-lease conversion rates jumped from 38% in 2023 to an impressive 47% in 2024—a game-changing milestone!
