Real8 Group
Staffing and Recruiting
The Leading Executive Search Firm in Real Estate
About us
In 2018, our Partners, Chris Aretta and Lisa Pyle had been recruiting and placing real estate professionals nationally for over 15 years. They had developed a broad client base and were known throughout the industry for their ability to source talent. While they had considered starting their own firm, the timing was finally right when their long-time mentor approached them about aligning forces. That is when Real8 was formed. Real8 is not just our name; it also tells our story. The Partners invited a select few experienced recruiters to join them, forming a team of eight. From the very beginning, “the eight” focused on building something different, something better. “Real” stands for honesty and transparency, as well as real estate. Real8 Group is more than just a name, it’s how our journey began, ironically enough in the eighth month of 2018. At Real8 Group, we understand that one size does not fit all. Every client is unique, with their own story, needs, and goals. As a boutique-sized search firm, you won’t get lost in the shuffle. We, better than anyone else, understand the importance of having the right people on your team. Every candidate sourced by Real8 is identified by an experienced recruiter who understands the real estate industry. Since its inception, Real8 Group has grown not only our client base but also our team. We have developed and implemented best practices to ensure a streamlined and effective process for our clients.
