Stanley’s parents died when he was young, and he arrived at the Rafiki Village Malawi in 2006. He became an excellent student and desired to imitate Christ and live a life pleasing to God. Now as a graduate, Stanley studies at university and hopes to serve the poor in his country. In preparation for Giving Tuesday, we want to thank all of our faithful child sponsors who give generously to offer hope to the thousands of children at our Rafiki Villages! Rafiki took in its first orphan in 2001 at the Rafiki Village Ghana. Over the years, God has allowed us to serve 907 orphans, offering them loving families and homes in 10 African countries, quality education, nutritious meals, Bible study, friendship, and much more. Since then our mission has grown to include children from the community. These 3,776 day students attend Rafiki Schools and receive the same love, education, care, and nutritious meals, feeding not just their minds but their bodies and souls. The gifts of our sponsors help offer our residents and day students hope and a bright future. Thank you for helping support the sweet children in our care! Of the 112 residents that were raised at Rafiki in Nigeria, fourteen have expressed a desire to serve the Lord in full-time ministry!
