Attending Celebrating the Sistas is like going to the Oscars or Golden Globes. The red carpet, the photographers, the dress-to-impress crowd, and unforgettable entertainment add to the magic. But what makes us even better is that our “celebrities” are real-life heroes—role models who have transformed workplaces, lifted communities, and inspired so many young professionals to dream bigger.
