Founded in 2023 by Colin Horton of lending valuation firm Project & Co. and Co, Proparty is designed to revolutionise networking in the lending industry. The event promises to combine professional growth with entertainment, ensuring attendees leave with valuable connections and lasting memories. Adding to the excitement, Proparty will feature special guest DJs from the lending sector, including Jamie Pritchard of Glenhawk, David Coleman of Positive Lending and Hans Laud-Anderson of West One Loans. This week, we announced an incredible line-up of DJs, globally renowned artists, and an all-inclusive VIP bar—yes, that means spirits too! This isn’t just the largest PROPARTY Official event we've ever hosted; I genuinely believe it's shaping up to be the biggest property industry event of the year! 😎 The Lineup: 🎚 Industry DJs like Hans Laud-Anderson, David Coleman, and Jamie Pritchard will be setting the stage with a mix of dynamic sets. ⌚ Running times: At 8:30 pm, we’re thrilled to welcome Boyzlife—bringing together Brian McFadden from Westlife and Keith Duffy from Boyzone—two pop legends in one iconic performance. Then at 9:15 pm, the excitement continues with Shae BoogieDJ. Ever since this announcement, I’ve been flooded with messages from attendees buzzing to see Shae in action. At 10:00 pm, we turn up the energy with LISA MAFFIA and Romeo from So Solid Crew. I can still remember rapping (or attempting to) along to “21 Seconds” back in the day! Finally, at 10:45 pm, we’re honoured to have DJ Shortee Blitz—who’s worked with Jay-Z and Mariah Carey and is a resident DJ on ITV2—to close out the night. Let’s make this an unforgettable evening!
