  • Huge appreciation for our extremely hard-working Sales team, Pat Heine Sintica Wilson Kimberly Adamson and Wayne Collignon, who created a fantastic booth at the Southwest Builders Show last week! The show was a great success: meeting our valued partners, chatting to potential new partners and discussing new products with our high-quality vendors. Thank you, team! #newhomebuilders #newhomes #newhomebuilding #events #swbs #primera

  • We are celebrating today! We were incredibly delighted and honored to be awarded Covington Homes Customer Care team's ACE "Exceptional Trade Partner" at their annual trade partner meeting. This is only awarded to two trade partners per year and Primera took home the award for outstanding communication and service. Thank you to our Denver operations team for their continued exceptional performance and for always going above and beyond. Special thanks to Janel Kfita, who is our customer service representative for Covington homes, and was recognized by name for the award. #award #tradepartners #newhomebuilder #customerservice #recognition #primera

  • To conclude the week of posts about the incredible work undertaken at the Banner Heath community center for Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, we would like to recognize the efforts of our own Primera team that made vital contributions to make the project a success. Without them, none of this would have happened and they're all heroes! Dana Hoeck designed the cabinetry layouts to perfection! Danny Silvas, Mike Johnson and Demetrio Aleman contributed to the installation work and donated their time to ensure everything was completed. And finally, Jim Peters who expertly led and managed the whole project and worked closely with Taylor Morrison to understand what was expected and that it was delivered. Huge thanks to you all.

  • It takes a team! There are so many wholehearted thankyous to say for the volunteering work undertaken last weekend for Banner Health community center as part of the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition build. All of these people have generously volunteered their time and skills to install the Primera donated cabinetry, hardware and countertops for the kitchen, bathrooms and den in the community center - doing whatever it takes, day and night, to complete the project. Firstly, Michael Cosper and his son Collin from Cosper Family Cabinets. This team do phenomenal work, with a great attitude, and they are always willing to do whatever we need. They have been installing for us for a number of years - they did fantastic work installing the cabinets in the kitchen.   Xavier from Deez Construction installed all of the bathrooms and the tech center, and then helped the others finish. Great teamwork from the “X” man as we call him!   Dave Bannister, from PVS, installed one of the large built-in units and it looked amazing. He also jumped in to help the others finish as the night went on.   Eric Yubeta, who is the owner of Oaktree Construction, was there along with two of his installers, Rick Garcia and Rodolfo Romero (better known as Roody). They installed the other large built-in unit. Again, the craftmanship was amazing and appreciated by everyone who saw it. And finally, thank you to MJ Remodeling for all of the countertop work. The two owners of MJ are Romeo and Brandon were both there all night with us. It was amazing to watch them and their team of fabricators and installers piece these very complex countertops together. Brandon is always happy, laughing, and smiling no matter what the challenge - this was very uplifting to the rest of the team when everyone was getting very tired after a long night.

  • What a team! We are incredibly proud and grateful to our fantastic team, who went above and beyond this weekend to ensure that all the Primera donated interior products were installed perfectly and on-time for the Extreme Makeover build at Banner Health community center - working with our homebuilder friends Taylor Morrison. This meant working non-stop from early Friday evening into the early hours of Saturday morning. Everyone helped each other to successfully bring the whole job together for such a worthy cause. This week, we will recognize each person who made this happen but for now it's a huge thank you to all the team from design to install - you are amazing! 👏 👏 🎉 🎉
