This month, we’re thrilled to feature Brian Castilow, Operations Manager at our Allentown branch! Brian’s journey with Premier began 7 years ago as an Operations Assistant in Mechanicsburg. Since then, he’s grown into his role as Operations Manager, where he has been an integral part of the team’s success and the branch’s impressive growth—from 400 trailers to over 1,500 in just a few years. His ability to build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and suppliers has been key to his contributions.   Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife Andrea, to whom he’s been married for 5 years, and their two children, ages 2 and 4. In his free time, you’ll often find him running trails, fishing, or golfing. Brian loves the variety his role offers, from being out in the field to tackling new challenges every day. His favorite part of working at Premier? The culture and teamwork across branches and with the corporate office.   Brian’s leadership doesn’t go unnoticed. As Trey Grisham, Regional Operations Manager, shares, “Brian serves as the backbone of the Allentown Team, exemplifying exceptional leadership skills and a strong work ethic.” VP General Manager William von Kessel adds, “He’s shown tremendous development in business acumen, decision-making, and leadership skills.
