As we kick off 2025, we're reflecting on powerful moments of community impact. Watch how the Chicago chapter of the ELECTRICAL WORKERS MINORITY CAUCUS (EWMC) and our IBEW Local 134 members came together to support Chicago Women in Trades (CWIT) and Frieda's Place. 'The main function of the EWMC is to increase the number of minorities that are represented in the IBEW. We have an entire mission that is based around service and working with minorities in our community,' shares Frank Rodriguez, IBEW Local 134 electrician. This spirit of service and commitment to diversity continues to drive our work today. We look forward to carrying this mission forward in 2025. ️ #PoweringChicago #IBEW134 #DEI #CommunityService #EWMC
