💫 Meet our Team spotlight: Jim Courts We're proud to introduce Jim Courts, Director of Data Center Development & Construction. With over 20 years in the data center industry, Jim works alongside the PowerHouse development and construction teams to coordinate entitlement, design, and construction activities for his portfolio projects to ensure they are best-in-class. Previously, as Director and Project Executive at Constructiv Mission Critical, he managed impressive projects, including a $1.2 billion NTT brownfield site and a $1.9 million Tesla server room. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and is an Uptime Certified Specialist. Outside of work, Jim channels his energy into building hotrods and motorcycles, flying planes (he’s logged over 2,000 hours as a commercial pilot!), and volunteering to teach kids how to fly through the Experimental Aircraft Association. This year, an impressive 375 girls attended, gaining invaluable experience through a day of learning, mentoring, confidence-building, and networking. 💫 Meet our Team spotlight: Kirsten Fleming Meet Kirsten Fleming, our Marketing & Office Operations Specialist, who drives our social media strategy, leads our AREP Cares initiatives, and is the engine behind our internal communications. Before joining us, she was an operations manager at Veterans Management Services, managing contracts with government agencies like the VA and NOAA. With a Bachelor's in Business Management and a Graphic Design certificate, Kirsten combines strategic thinking with creativity, making her the perfect fit for this dynamic position.
