Exciting news! Last week, Birge & Held partnered with ADT Multifamily to install smart technology at Linden Square Village Apartments, a 299-unit community in Indianapolis. Each unit is now equipped with smart locks, panels, and smart thermostats, bringing modern convenience and peace of mind to residents and staff.   For residents, these upgrades mean enhanced security, seamless access, and the flexibility to adjust their home's climate from anywhere. Plus, with the resident app, they can easily manage access to their home by remotely locking and unlocking their door or providing their guest with an access code.   For property managers, it means streamlined operations and fewer manual tasks. With real-time control over unit access, maintenance, and inspections can be scheduled without needing physical keys, which improves efficiency and reduces costs.
