Three months after enduring Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton, our crews have made significant progress with cleanup. Our employees deployed swiftly and have worked tirelessly around the clock to help communities affected by these storms recover, and we'll continue this work into the new year.

Florida's unpredictable weather can challenge our job sites, even when we're hosting an event! While feeding our crew of 300 last week, the P&J Plates barbecue team faced storms that flooded the entire site. Without hesitation, our guys brought in material to resurface the ground and keep us all dry for an incredible dinner together. This is the type of problem-solving that makes the P&J team so special, and we're proud to have this opportunity to take care of our people. Congratulations to our C-43 Reservoir team on surpassing 75% complete--this project is a critical part of Florida's water restoration strategy and will improve water access and wetland ecosystems for years to come!
