🌟 ReVITALization Campaign: Round 2 🌟 PFund Foundation is proud to announce the second round of grants for our ReVITALization campaign, with $50,000 awarded to three incredible organizations this December! These grants ensure vital HIV/AIDS-related medical care, mental health services, case management, and senior programs remain accessible in our communities. 👏 Congratulations to: 💜 Clare Housing ($25,000): Supporting HIV housing advocacy and financial assistance programs for greater Minnesota while bridging vital service gaps. 💜 The Aliveness Project ($15,000): Providing case management, direct client assistance, and operating the State AIDS Hotline to ensure HIV-related care remains accessible. 💜 Family Tree Clinic ($10,000): Expanding MNsure Navigation and developing resources to assist former Rainbow Health clients with insurance and care options. These organizations are stepping up to fill critical gaps left by the closure of Rainbow Health, providing essential services and stability to LGBTQ+ individuals and families. With the generous support of community members and foundations, $160,000 in grants has been distributed so far—and more is on the way. From healing meals to educational workshops, Nopalli Rebelde empowers communities to connect with food, land, and wellness. 🎨 Nipient Boozhoo!: Nipient, a trans and nonbinary Anishinaabe tattoo artist in the Twin Cities, offers culturally-informed, trauma-aware tattooing for Queer, Native, and BIPOC communities.
