Time to change the narrative of work! After 9/11, I lost my job and traveled across America in search of new opportunities. I took on various consulting gigs until one day, I decided to return to my entrepreneurial journey, where I could experience freedom and creativity while experimenting with everything I wanted. On November 4, 2024, Pepper Square celebrated its 22nd anniversary. I have experienced the DotCOM bust, 9/11, the financial meltdown, and the COVID pandemic that changed the world. We are still bootstrapped and 'MAYBE' one of the only digital agencies thriving after 22 years of independence. What a feeling! There is no one to answer to but your consciousness. Today, 70% of our business comes from the U.S., while 30% comes from India and the rest of the world. We remain relevant with an average client retention of 13 years and an employee retention rate of 5.5 years. More than 50% of our employees maintain their health after joining us, thanks to our wellness culture. This year, our attrition rate is at 11%. At the same time, we mentor our team to be results-driven because skills are what help create the lifestyle we desire. No one breathes down your neck—there is no micromanagement—only a friendly and empathy-driven environment. We are getting closer to having a workforce of nearly 50% women. The intern who joined us is now our Chief Creative Officer. We pay 10% more than anyone else in the industry. Yeah, you decide your salary. When are you going to start your dream company?
